The lady at the front desk was great. Hotel room was great for the price. The elevator worked. I doordashed food to my room & it made it there no problem. Breakfast was not impressive, but I expected that for the price.

I stayed here due to inclement weather as a night shift healthcare worker. I went to the hotel to book this stay in person due to my shifts. I inquired about late checkout, as I obviously needed to sleep during the day. I was told I could check out at 4 pm and was instructed to remind the front desk when I checked in. Upon checking in, I informed her of my plan for late checkout. I was then instructed to check with a manager Monday morning to, “make sure that’s still okay.” Monday morning, the day I was scheduled to check out, I spoke with the manager at the front desk. She informed me that the late checkout would cost me $40. I was never informed of the fee prior to this. She then told me I was required to check out before noon. Room clean, bed very comfortable clean towels, breakfast was pretty good pancakes, omelette, toast and cereal|not bad. Staff asked how we slept attentive to our needs. We did have a pet fee of 25.00 which was fine, it was well worth it to stay in a nice hotel. |Enjoy your stay and plz take care of others and respect their property |there is a 100.00 refundable damage deposit . I did call other hotels and they did request the deposit as well

We had a picture-perfect experience here! This hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. I stayed in a mobility accessible room and everything was PERFECT for my needs (balance and stability). We will definitely stay again!

I wish I could attach a video to prove exactly how loud the heating unit was. It was horrendous. It kept us up all night and we got a terrible night of sleep. Not what you want when you are driving across the country. Our first room was incredibly noisy and I was very appreciative that the staff came in and heard the noise and agreed to move us to a second room. At first that room seemed quieter but as the night went on the noise got louder and louder but it was the middle of the night so we gave up trying to search for a third room. They also said they only had a few dog friendly rooms so I doubted there was another room we could switch to anyway. Just being on the unit was loud but as the heat kicked in it got unbearably loud. I would not recommend staying here if you need the heat on. I
