Very clean hotel! Easy to access and close to casino areas! Great staff, good breakfast and super clean! Would definitely stay again. However we booked 3rd party and had to pay an additional $20-30 for taxes upon arrival.

Positive: Breakfast waffles Negative: The bathroom was crap. Broken tiles on floor etc.. it just look very old. Also it didn’t have a walk in shower which was what we needed.

Hotel beautiful on the outside. Booked on a third party site and was charged the tax again by the hotel. Room had a problem with the a/c but was fixed immediately. Room was adequately clean if you didn't go barefoot or have toddlers. The receipt when we checked out said 0.00. I was told that was how the receipt was printed if thru a third party booking. We will not stay there again.

The room was nice and cozy and little dusty my allergies however not far from the freeway 3 or 4 casinos near by. Free breakfast ends at 9 am great job on that part for the later sleepers like me. The staff was really kind and I loved the fact no one had access to my info easily. I forgot to put my husband on my reservation although I had it for 2 people. He couldn't get a key without me. So do your reservation right cause they will lookup the info. I like the precautions. Pierre Bossier Mall for shopping nearby also and the Boardwalk was beautiful Thanksgiving night. And affordable too.
