Horseshoe Bossier City - A Caesars Rewards Destination

2-28-26…. JUST NOTICED THE HORSE SHOES! The hotel is PUTTING A HEX ON YOU!!!! They are trying to give you bad JUJU! Look at the HORSE SHOES. They are UPSIDE DOWN… LUCK IS RUNNING OUT!! lol just noticed that…funny This is my fourth time to stay here. I’m definitely in hole gambling! Ugh!! Up till tonight the rooms have all been nice. First room they gave us was on 11th floor a fully handicapped room. The roll in shower, the fold out chair, all of hand rails just tripped me out. To me they looked nasty. I’m sure they were clean just looked bad. Plus room was much smaller. Wife called and got another room that wasn’t for the handicapped. This one on the 10th floor. This one had a small tube but once again for somewhat handicapped people. Water in the shower must have had a regula

I travel to Shreveport, LA once a month and have for the last 1.5 years to receive treatment at LSU. Originally I stayed at other hotels but once I stayed at the Horseshoe I will stay nowhere else. The rooms have been renovated and are very large. The bathrooms are also very large with some having deep jacuzzi tubs and others stand up showers. Housekeeping is great. I have called for extra blankets and they are delivered within 10 minutes. ||There are several restaurants to choose from and all are great. There is a Dunkin’ Donuts inside for coffee & a bite. ||The parking is SUPER CONVENIENT. The parking garage elevators deliver you to the hotel without having to get out into the weather. ||I do enjoy gambling in there casino which is located on three floors. ||I’ve used their fitne

Positive: The room was very large and clean. We chose the river view and it was beautiful. Negative: should have a microwave in the room, and an additional chair. One chair in a large luxury suite. The room needed better lighting. The casino itself was so smoky it was actually disgusting and we could not enjoy it at all so we went back to the room.

I had a great time at Horseshoe Bossier City. The hotel is in a perfect location right on the Red River and close to everything in Bossier City and Shreveport. My room was clean, comfortable, and updated. The bed was really comfortable, and the view of the river added a nice touch. The casino floor had a mix of slot machines and table games, but it didn’t play the tables. I won a little bit. and everything ran smooth while I was there.

Parking was good. Rooms nice and clean. When me and wife went to got our players card. When we went to activate them said pin were wrong so we returned to wait in line again to get cards fixed. Then went back to kiosks my card worked my wife's still didnt. She was not going to wait again. So then went to the floor she played slots like for 7min and dropped $400 i played 30min long anuf to drop $600. Remind u we paid $267 b4 tax booking direct thru hotel. Stayed 5 hours plus the time parking dealing with card ordeal. Not to mention the drive up for no fun. Horseshoe so far the worst nothing like Ceasars in Vegas. Crazy they say that
