Hampton Inn Shreveport/Bossier City

This hotel is great, the night auditor Ms Karen was awesome...no problems at all untill I went for the complementary breakfast the next morning...the problem there was the rude lady that was working the kitchen .. she was rude , just being mean for no reason..she was questioning me like I wasn't supposed to be here or something. Why this hotel has a sour person to great guests for breakfast is beyond me ...she should get a different job because she made the whole experience crappy for my family.. if u don't wanna work, its simple STAY HOME WITH THE EVIL ATTITUDE AND WORDS. THAT LADY SUCKS!!! OTHER THAN THAT BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER..wanted to rate five stars but she made this impossible..NEED MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE MS KAREN HARPER!!! SHE ROCKS MAN!!!

We have been staying at Hampton Inns as we've traveled across the US. This location is among the very best. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast nicely done. We travel with a pet and this location felt especially welcoming.. . and for a very reasonable pet fee. We were given a welcome bag with a tennis ball, treats, and necessary bags and wipes. I wish all Hampton Inns had a consistent pet fee and were as welcoming as this location. Driving through this area, we had a choice of hotels. I'm glad we made this Hampton Inn our stop.

We are Hilton Diamond members so rarely ever stay at anything but a Hilton Hotel and there have been years that we have had over 60 hotel stays in a year. We love Hilton because it is usually very consistent, friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, we feel safe and there are Hilton's just about anywhere you might want to go. Last night we stayed at this particular Hampton Inn. Check in was fine except we did not get the room we requested, even though we had checked in online the day before, because it had not been cleaned yet but that was fine. Well, it went downhill from there. We had a meeting to attend so we moved our things into our room, got settled in with things placed where we wanted and left for our meeting. We, however, did not try to plug anything in before we left, mistake!!!

I travel from work and have stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions. I have had a 5 start experience both times. From the front desk team, to the rooms, to the two beautiful ladies who greeted us at breakfast every morning with a big smile on their face. Katrina and Shmeta are the highlight of every morning for me. They are extremely friendly and it’s nice to be greeted with kindness when away from family a week at a time. 5 stars all around.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay Thanks to Alberto! My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. From the moment we arrived, even though it was late, Alberto greeted us with a warm smile and outstanding hospitality. He was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Later that evening, I came back down to the front desk because the restaurant I had visited forgot to include the condiments I requested. Alberto didn’t hesitate—he made a conscious effort to find exactly what we needed and personally ensured we had everything. His professionalism and genuine care truly made our weekend stay welcoming and memorable. Thank you, Alberto, for your kindness and exceptional service—you’re a great example of Hampton Inn hospitality done right!
