Live Casino & Hotel Louisiana, Curio Collection by Hilton

Very nice casino and hotel. Clean and well maintained which made the trip and stay so comfortable. Room was clean and spacious. The lady at the front desk, Bre’Anne was absolutely amazing! She made check in a good experience. So helpful and nice. |The hotel was close to things we wanted to do outside of the casino. |To say that the casino and bar are below the rooms the noise level was very quiet.

The dealers were great and I had good luck on my visit but the drink service was quite literally the worst I've ever had, I went a good 3 hours without a drink and the first drink I got I had to buy at the bar. Even when sitting at slots of blackjack it takes them a good 45 minutes to an hour before you get your drink, which is egregious. If they just had better drink service this would be a stellar establishment. Oh also this was my first visit and the guy who gave me my players card said if I register with the app I'd get some free play- I didn't lol so don't tell people that if it's fake.

Perfectly clean - Spectacular Rooms -----When I think of the HILTON brand this is what I want to believe their standard should be! Let me just say that this was one of the best reasonably priced hotels across the US that I've ever stayed in as a Hilton Diamond member. The price was spot on the service was A+ and it was clean to perfect perfection. This will definitely be a place. I am putting on my Hot list across the United States to stay at each time. I travel through. I wanted to give a shot out to a couple people during my stay that really made a difference. We had an amazing 1 night stay here on January 9th. The valet process was convenient and quick with courteous staff. The front desk check-in was smooth and all the ladies working were welcoming. We're off to a great start! We had drinks at Sports N Social, the bartenders here are top notch..great drinks and attentive service. We had dinner at Prime Rib and this is where Live sealed the deal..an amazing dining experience! We were celebrating my wife's birthday and our server LaCarra was exceptional! Great drink and food recommendations! She definitely went above and beyond to ensure my wife had a special evening and I'm truly thankful for that. I had a great experience at the Live Casino & Hotel! The entire hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Upon check-in, Sherillia was very welcoming and explained the amenities of the hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge with a large walk-in shower. The TV had a great selection of channels. The meeting spaces we used were very comfortable and spacious. All of our AV needs were taken care of. Upon check-out, Marie was so kind and thanked me for staying at the hotel.
