Wingate by Wyndham Bentonville Airport

For anyone looking to stay in a good clean hotel with friendly staff and reasonable room rate this is your place. I have been traveling to Arkansas to see family for 20 years and have never stayed here. Great shuttle service and tremendous breakfast as early as 4AM if you're hungry. Great location closed to airport, less than 10 mins. Schedule bus available (need reserve in advance), facilities a bit oldish, but the staffs are friendly, especially the old lady in there, gave us warmly service never had. Also Hotel provides early breakfast started at 4 am, that is perfect for us to take freight at 0600. Suggest to stay.

If you'd like a dumpster fire if a visit, this dilapidated trash pit is for you! Had never been in the area and chose it for the proximity to the airport and shuttle. I booked and prepaid for the night I flew in at 11pm and the night before I returned home at 6am, 1 week apart. Arrived about 11pm, dropped my bags in the room and went to get tea in the lobby to take my meds as I'm disabled and was beginning to have a flare. I couldn't get back into my room for an hour bc the battery in the lock died and no one could open it. Couldn't get to my meds or implant device controller needed for an hour causing me to become sick all night and I couldn't leave my room since they had to manually tear it open. A disabled small woman, 11 days major surgery postop, having a flare only traveling alone

Hotel is close to the airport and the airport shuttle was prompt in complying with request for pickup. The shuttle driver was pleasant and assisted with luggage and getting in and out of vehicle. The front desk staff was very efficient. The room was clean, except for some rust stains on the floor and wall in the bathroom. The bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. Noise level was minimum. The breakfast buffet was nice with lots of variety.

My room was not serviced once during my 5 night stay at this hotel. The window in my room was broken with tape covering it, as were several other windows. Outside of checking in and out the only employee to acknowledge / try and interact with me was the employee who managed the breakfast area who was very nice.Very affordable and in an easy to access location.
