Wingate by Wyndham Augusta I-20

I had an amazing stay at the Wingate! From the moment I walked in, the lobby was spotless and smelled fresh, and the front desk staff greeted me with a smile and got me checked in quickly. My room was spacious, modern, and extremely clean the bed was so comfortable that I slept better than I have in weeks. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of options, and everything tasted great. I also appreciated how quiet the property was, even though it was close to shopping and restaurants. It’s clear the management really cares about guest experience. If you’re looking for a hotel that feels welcoming, safe, and high-quality without being overpriced, this is the place to stay. I will absolutely be coming back.

Positive: The rooms were very spacious and the bed was comfy Negative: Breakfast was a total waste, please do not waste your time going to Breakfast. And the elevators were not working properly, from being stuck and having to reset it a couple of times

This is a marvelous hotel. Clean, comfortable, great beds and pillows; nice included continental breakfast; warm, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed during the MastersTournament and expected crowds and hassles; just the opposite. They also went out of the way to return an item left in one our rooms. Highly recommended.

What stood out to me most was how safe and comfortable I felt during my stay. Traveling alone, that’s always a big deal for me. The hotel was well-lit, secure, and the staff were always visible and helpful. I also loved the fitness center it was actually clean and had equipment that worked, which isn’t always the case at hotels. The morning tea station became part of my routine before heading out each day. Overall, it was a relaxing experience and exactly what I needed.

I had an excellent stay at this Wingate! The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Breakfast was fresh with lots of options, and the location was convenient for getting around. You can tell the property is well managed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
