The level of cleanliness was exceptional. honestly, one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The lobby, hallways, and common areas were spotless, and my room felt fresh, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. What stood out even more was the customer service. Had a wonderful two night stay. Clean , comfortable rooms and excellent complimentary breakfast, complimentary coffee is also available 24/7. I really liked the gym too. Only faced issue with the tv volumes from other rooms but that's not the hotel's drawback as guests residing there should be more mindful to keep volumes low. Otherwise overall had a great stay and will recommend and stay again whenever required. Special mention to Jonathan at the reception for a warm welcome during check in. Customer friendly staff is an added advantage. Thank you !!

I booked a room here for a week, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. They were attentive to my needs and made sure my room was cleaned every day before I returned from work. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Augusta.

Don’t let the exterior photos fool you, Want to get past the lobby this hotel is extremely dated and disgusting. We arrived on 27th February 2026 and found that the room was musty smelling, We were also reading by a cockroach that we killed upon entry. The headboards were gross. The carpet was gross and extremely dated overall. The location was great, unfortunately everything else was sub par.
