Windsor Inn

The place ain't bad for what it is. I'd say most of the reviews are to old to use as a basis of what to expect now or a bit exaggerated. The long term guests mind their own and shouldn't be judged based on how or where they may or may not choose to reside. The staff has always been respectful and decent people. In my 4+ yrs using this place it has come a long way from what it once was.

This place was the worst place i have EVER stayed at, People stole stuff out of my car and could not even let me look at the camera (guess it don't work). Then i guess the made stole my stuff as well the day i left and would not return it to me. But the worst thing ever was the mice's. One of the people that work there was nodding out when i was trying to talk to that person i was very nice and patience. And one other thing is that they will rip you off if they don't like you but people that they do like they will make the $$ lesser then what people are supposed to pay. The microwave was dirty i had to clean it myself as with the floor. I asked for tp and they said they didn't have any but another person came and asked for some and got some. It's pretty clean and they are very respectful to people that are respectful to them. And all in all they leave you alone..but you cannot have pets. Period. That's the only thing that sucks. It move in it costs 440$ 100 hundred dollar deposit so. Weekly rates are 340. Which it pretty cheap for a place with no bugs and a pretty chill staff.

I was there visiting a friend that had recently fallen onto hard times. I was there when my friend checked in and helped them with taking their luggage to their room. This is probably theee most ghetto weekly rental place in all of Sparks & Reno. The rooms don't come with the bare necessities, NO TOILET PAPER, NO SHOWER CURTAIN and NO PHONE in the room. God forbid you have an emergency and your cell phone is dead. The whole time I was there my poor friend was harassed by the people that work at the front desk. My friend had paid to stay there for a week. Not even 24 hrs had went by and the front desk people were threatening to kick my friend out because they saw them coming and going during the night. They shouldn't even get 1 star for the rooms.. the service was awesome they are super kind and friendly. But The rooms are scary GROSS!! The base boards were so nasty, definitely dust mites, food on the wall, cigarette burns on the old outdated not cleaned bed spreads. No battery in the smoke detector, floors were filthy. Place should be burned down or radicated! Immediately demanded a refund,and received one. But that place is absolutely dirty, I don't care if a place is old..there is zero excuse for filth in a motel!! That's called hep B! They should honestly be reported..but I have better things to do.. all I can say is don't..just don't go there! Unless you want to catch something.
