Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bethlehem Arpt-Allentown Area

It's a nice location. Far enough out of town that it's not wildly expensive but it's close enough to everything where it's very manageable. The front desk staff and the breakfast crew were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and modern but nothing fancy. It made for a nice stay.

The evening front desk couple were amazing. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Parking was a breeze.|The breakfast was just ok. The selections were limited and temperature of the food was not even room temperature. Thankfully there was a microwave available. Additional food choices would be appreciated.|The hot water in the room was barely hot.

The staff at this hotel is unmatched, they are friendly helpful, and welcoming. I had a flight at 6 am they set up a car for me to the airport and made me feel at home. The hotel was spotless, and right next to a great restaurant you can walk to. The area was very nice and I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything I needed. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

We had a Park and Stay reservation. After returning from our trip we called the front desk to request the shuttle pick up. They said the van would be right over. After waiting in the 35 degree weather for 30 minutes without being picked up, we called the front desk again. The clerk said the shuttle had been sent out 20 minutes ago. The hotel is 1 mile from the airport! We waited another 10 minutes and called again. 5 more minutes and called again. Finally we were picked up and the driver said he was just told to come for us. When we got back to the hotel, we spoke to the front desk clerk and asked for her to make it right. Instead, we got excuses.

We were in the area visiting family. The hotel was easy to find. Our room was updated and very clean! We really appreciated the comfortable bed and the whisper quiet air conditioning system. The breakfast buffet met our needs. The coffee machine was outstanding! Freshly ground beans and brewed per cup!
