Williams park hotel

This hotel is advertised as a lovely enjoyable place to stay while visiting beautiful st Pete but is filled with locals struggling to make ends meet. The only good thing that comes out of this hotel is the location. The staff here at this hotel has been absolutely insufferable, on top of the rooms being inhabitable. The rooms are broken down plumbing absolutely sucks and they have the nerve to charge $1400 USD monthly. They only accept cash and prey on less fortunate people who make their money weekly and biweekly. The staff and front desk lack empathy consideration and mutual respect for their PAYING guests/residents. Extended stay, paid up front for 1st week brought all my baggage into room within a couple hours it was obvious This place has a horrible German roach 🪳 infestation. They were everywhere! Booked a different hotel down the street so ai could move but Then they wouldn't refund my money. Had to pay for both hotels for a week, Do not stay here!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My fiancée, Siobhán, and I have been living temporarily at the Williams Park Hotel (326 1st Ave N, St. Petersburg) for the past few months, and I can say without hesitation that this place has been outstanding. I’ve been a St. Pete local for over 40 years, and both of us are hospitality lifers. After going through an economic downturn, a custody battle, and the transition from a large 4/4/3 home in Wesley Chapel to rebuilding our lives downtown, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to land. This places is stinky is full of bugs and the front desk is rude , they would yell on you if you complain about something,ac doesn’t work properly and is rented it like an apartment. No s hotel.

The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money with this place.
