The banana bread latte was one of the best coffees I've ever tasted. It's crazy that I actually could taste the walnut in the banana bread latte. Also, I hope y'all enjoyed the pizza.

I had an amazing experience with the housekeeping service. The team was extremely professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. Every room was spotless, organized, and smelled fresh. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly clean and comfortable. I really appreciated their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality housekeeping. Five stars! Also Nayeli’s was my room attendant and she did a a mazing job helping me around and answer all my questions and she was my cleaning she lest everything look Amazing my family was super happy her knowing two languages was perfect I definitely recommend her as your housekeeper. 1000/100

Our stay at The Galaxy Hotel in St. Petersburg was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The Manager Randy clearly leads with professionalism and care. Front desk team members Ariyana, Daniel, and Jason were responsive, kind, and truly an absolute pleasure to interact with. Every request was handled quickly and with a positive attitude, which made the entire experience feel seamless. It is very rare to find a team that works so well together and genuinely seems invested in guest satisfaction. We felt welcomed, valued, and well taken care of throughout our stay. We will absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Pete.

I stayed at The Galaxy Hotel for a company event and had a great experience. Booking over the phone was easy, and the pre-arrival parking information helped set clear expectations. The staff were wonderful, and Randy stood out for his outstanding professionalism. He communicated clearly, handled a few room-related issues with courtesy and efficiency, and remained calm and solution-focused under what seemed like a very stressful situation involving housekeeping service.
