A hidden gem! Felt like staying with old friends. I had a wonderful experience at The Inn On Third. It is a stylish, beautiful, and incredibly cozy hotel. The location is great, yet it remains a very quiet and peaceful place to rest. The Highlights: Staff: The team here is exceptional. They are attentive, friendly, and truly caring. Throughout my stay, I felt more like I was visiting close friends rather than staying at a standard hotel. Parking: For anyone driving, the large parking lot is a huge plus—especially for this area. Atmosphere: The decor is tasteful and the whole place has a very welcoming, "boutique" feel to it. If you are looking for a place in St. Pete that combines style with genuine hospitality, this is it. I’ll definitely be back!

The inn masterfully preserves the elegance of a bygone era. Think ornate brass fixtures, antique writing desks and the walls are adorned with local history. Location is perfect to take a quick stroll through the downtown and the pier. ||We loved our cozy stay. This is the kind of place that turns a trip into a memory. Highly recommended.

Spent two nights at this cozy inn. ..reminiscent of the 30s and 40s... Well preserved and taken care of by the present Innkeepers. Wonderful complimentary Continental Breakfast and Wine Reception provided. Room was clean and all essential toiletries provided ..and even a portable hair dryer (which I had forgotten). Fridge and TV were in the room, but I would have enjoyed a microwave as well, though there was a community one in the hallway. Inn is close to all popular attractions by trolley or by walking. I would recommended this Inn who all who appreciate good value and good karma!

We were extremely impressed with our stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. One of our favorite touches was the social hour from 5:00–7:00 p.m., with wine and beer in the lobby, which created a great opportunity to relax and socialize with other guests. The owners were present and even joined in the conversations, which made the experience feel especially welcoming and personal. Breakfast the following morning was excellent, the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be returning.
