Hampton Inn & Suites St. Petersburg/Downtown

What a beautiful place. Friendly people from the front desk to the ladies cleaning the rooms. Room was spotless and the ladies cleaning kept the room stocked with whatever I needed. They were very friendly and fun to talk to. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I booked 10 more nights in March . Definitely recommend this place.

Nice property with good walking access to museums, restaurants, and the pier. They only have valet parking, but it is not too bad as they were pretty prompt when you needed your car, and also had a service where you could leave a voicemail of when you wanted your car to be ready, and it was always there waiting for us when we needed it. It had an outdoor pool but we did not use it. Typical decent Hampton breakfast. Room seemed recently refreshed.

Positive: Great location and friendly staff. The breakfast was great. They are dog friendly too. Negative: There's no parking at hotel except for valet. Even trying to park to check in at hotel the spaces are limited.

I can confidently say that the customer service I received during this stay was exceptional. Erica, Greyson, and Rashad were consistently fantastic. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine eagerness to assist made a meaningful difference in my stay. What a fantastic experience staying at this Hampton Inn in downtown St. Pete! The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was clean. The pool was “heated” but not warm enough for us to get in! We walked to the pier and the Dalí museum. Took a drive out to the beach one day and bar hopped at night. Breakfast is included and decent. Eggs were watery but they also offered grits, waffles, yogurt, bagels. Overall highly recommended!
