White Birch Village

I don’t know if Dan is just the manager but he needs to be fired. We called about a trailer coming available and we’re so excited the lady was just moving out and he said we could have it I left messages/ I called and he said he would get back with me. I am still WAITING. We have lives too we matter too to be continually waiting is just wrong A phone call a message just common respect well it’s Monday the 5th still no response incredibly rude Dan I called Dan he keeps putting me off now says we could get on the 15th I said No because I didn’t trust him. To the owner. We have the money we’re good tenants please call me

Living in White Birch Village Estates is a delight. Our park manager, Dan Weber, is “Top Notch” Dan keeps the grounds and streets in pristine condition. He is readily available, rain, snow & sunshine, making sure we are safe and secure. Our neighbors are friendly and respectful. Shopping: Aldi’s, Home Depot, Walmart, Farmer’s Supply, Dunham’s, to name a few. Restaurants: Storheims, Culver’s, Carlo’s Cantina (opening in the fall), Holiday Kitchen and Taco Bell, are the nearest. More of both just down the road. So…come check us out☺️

I thank Dan for a tour of a mobile home that im very interested in. He answered every question professionally.

It overall is a nice place to live. However, there are several trailers that do not upkeep their homes and they are dumps. It was embarrassing when our priest came to visit us and saw our neighbor's car port full of trash and said, "oh, my". The management as well as the owners are very aware however they do nothing to make these folks clean their places up.

Ice cream was very good. However the staff chose to roll there eye's and whispered rather rudely with each other about my daughter's, children. The three teenagers we're on vacation and certainly wouldn't return on their next visit. I spent over 40.00 on this visit. The younger kids were just happy about getting ice cream.
