Really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean and comfortable. (The bed gave me a slight backache, otherwise we loved it and will stay here in the future. Pool area was great, a little heavy on the chlorine, but gave off clean atmosphere. Additionally the breakfast area was clean and well kept by staff on hand, nice variety of choices (I always love the 🧇 waffles so that made me happy).

Positive: After being on the road all day, the manager still allowed my kids to swim even after the 9PM pool closed time for kids. Negative: Washer & dryer were broken, exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work, flickering hallway lights.

Wow… where do I even start. Stayed here recently and it was honestly a pretty frustrating experience 😑 The room itself was just OK. Bed was fine, nothing special. Everything felt kinda dated and basic for the price. Not terrible, but definitely not impressive either. BUT the front desk experience?? Yikes. From the moment I checked in the attitude was just… off. It felt like every question I asked was somehow a huge inconvenience 🙄 I’m sorry but if you work at the front desk, talking to guests is literally the job?? I’m a pretty easy going person but the vibe was so cold and awkward. No smile, no friendliness, just acting like I was bothering them the whole time. Customer service makes a BIG difference and this place seriously needs to work on that. I travel a lot and I’ve stayed in ple

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff were fantastic, so helpful! Especially want to give a shout out to Heidi at the front desk for her exceptional service! But not to leave out the others as they were great as well. I loved the room with a separate sleeper couch and tv area, microwave and refrigerator in the room, 24 hour coffee, very helpful and hardworking person that staffed the breakfast. Love the area, convenient to stores, restaurants. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool/hot tub but it looked nice. I would most definetly stay again. My only suggestions would be to keep the hot tub open later and open it earlier.

I have been coming here since the remodel/rebrand and I cannot express how great it is. Everything is clean, staff are great, rooms are comfy, pool/hot tub... everything you need. Close to town, but tucked away on the side of a hill. Fantastic
