Best Place to Stay I had a wonderful stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Iron Mountain, Michigan. The entire property is exceptionally clean, and the rooms are well-kept and comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond—everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Another great perk is the location. There are many nice restaurants within walking distance, which made dining out super convenient. Overall, this hotel offers a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The TownPlace Suites in Iron Mountain, Michigan is a great hotel located in the downrown area. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were large and well organized. The employees were really friendly and always greeted everyone when they were arriving or leaving the hotel. The breakfast was really good and the lady who ran the breakfast was very attentive. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

My partner and I stayed at the Iron Mountain TownePlace Suites and had a truly pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. As a minority couple, that sense of hospitality and respect goes a long way, and we appreciated it more than words can express. The room was spotless and well-kept, with every surface feeling clean and cared for. The entire property was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax and recharge. Everything from the lobby to the hallways gave off a feeling of calm and attention to detail. We felt safe, comfortable, and valued throughout our stay. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly return the next time we are in the area.

Great, clean hotel. Feels new still. Very helpful and hard working staff, who were continually sweeping, mopping and wiping down surfaces, and available for special requests. A comfortable and welcoming common area in the lobby. Breakfast is superior to other hotels, with eggs, meat, waffles, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, add-ins of walnuts, almonds, pistachios, dried fruit, coconut, etc. Real plates and silverware. Well equipped fitness center. Comfortable beds. It can be noisy on the front and near hwy 2, so odd-numbered rooms from are best - and try to avoid anything higher than x16. My only complaint is that the outdoor seating area with fire out grill is also the smoking area, so only smokers can enjoy that area. I think smokers should be given a picnic table on the far west corner (opposit
