Nice cozy place which gets pretty packed come fall time in Florida. Located close to the city of Sebastian, just down the road from Vero Beach. My only real issue with the place is when the Canadians come down. Great people, but my friend who lives there year round and myself who is a snowbird had experience the shunning. They will get together for an activity like a block party. (No not excalty a party) and when you are American they will tell you this is for Canadians only.
Not a RV park I would rent in.
