Davis House Inn

Davis house inn is nice quiet and great location. It’s roomy with separate bedroom and living room. Kitchen has full refrigerator, small microwave and a coffee maker. WiFi is available but the password we had didn’t work which was ok. The TVs are small but we didn’t stay to watch tv. The decor-furniture is a bit older but satisfactory. The bathroom towels are not luxury and serve their purpose. There are several places to walk to for lunch or dinner which is super convenient. Overall fantastic local, cute place.

A wonderful plane to stay! The location is great! Walking distance to several restaurants and bars, private dock on the river and wonderful owners who are very accommodating. Our room was awesome with lots of private space outdoors and nice space indoors. Very comfortable bed and very clean. Easy checkin too. Highly recommend if you are visiting Sebastian!

Davis House Inn is a quiet spot right in the heart of Sabastian river walk. Quiet, clean, furnished rooms provide comfort away from home and pet friendly! Staying while pending home closing this has been a perfect stress reducer. Indian River views, plenty of great strolling sidewalks, many sea birds and wildlife to spot. I highly recommend the Davis House Inn a great value and a great relaxing location.

We had a great time here. The room was quiet,clean,and the bed was comfortable. I think on the second day we booked for the next year !!!

Cute little inn less than 1 block from water. Owner was pleasant and more than accommodating. Room was 10/10 for cleanliness, decor and amenities. If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to relax with many restaurants within walking distance Davis House is a great place to stay.
