Island View Cottages

First time staying with Island View Cottages, but certainly won’t be our last. What a beautiful and welcoming place. The rooms are all unique, yet equally cozy, clean, and well maintained. Views are fantastic with gorgeous sunrises. We thoroughly enjoyed the property pier as well - several times we saw dolphins swim right up to the pier, numerous shore birds, and were thrilled to see two SpaceX night launches from Cape Canaveral while standing on the pier. Carmen, the amazing facility manager, is truly such a joy. She gave us fantastic food and where to go in lovely Sebastian recommendations. She makes sure you have the best stay ever. Please do yourself a big favor and book some time with Island View Cottages!

Excellent experience. Inkeeper Carmen was great. Relaxing environment. Clean and well kept. Nicely equipped kitchen with all the utensils you'll need. Immaculate grounds with plenty of seating areas and a fabulous view. Will absolutely return again

Perfect place to lay back and rest and/or make it your home base for a few days. I was visiting family who were camping at Sebastian Inlet State park only a 17 minute drive from here. The cottages are also close to the many excellent local eateries and beaches. My cottage was perfectly equipped, very clean, and welcoming. Be sure and try the coffee - excellent! Due to an old back injury, I’m most comfortable in firm chairs. The kitchen and lounge chair were just right as was the mattress. The grounds are lovely and beckoned me to the shoreline and a beautiful view. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Carmen for your hospitality!

This place is a real gem! We were greeted upon arrival by Carmen who suggested great places to dine and visit around the area once we settled in for our four day stay. Our cottage was completely updated and extremely clean and comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained and offered dolphin viewing from the private pier. This place is like a best kept secret that you want to keep to yourself but also want your friends and family to have such a great experience like we had while staying at The Island View Cottages. We would love to go back for a longer stay next time. And thank you Carmen for being a great host during our stay
