Pelican's Landing Resort of Sebastian

Lovely little park, right on the Indian River. Seems like mostly longer term stays with half rental 1 BR units and half RV slots. Grounds are nice with good spacing between units. Each RV space has cabana chairs and a picnic table with umbrella. There is a shared riverfront dock, cabana and covered outdoor seating area... all really nice. The water is not for swimming but has good kayak and fishing access. The temporary caretaker helped me try to figure out an electrical issue. He was very knowledgeable and just a great guy. The area is great for walking and the town has some decent restaurants all walking distance from the park. We will definitely be back!

Wow! What a find! I’d like to keep this sweet little place a secret. We had a riverfront site (#22). The view was incredible! Looked out onto the river. We docked our Zodiac right there. So peaceful and serene and immaculate. Our hosts, Donna and Bruce, were so helpful and friendly, as were the people we met as we walked our dogs.

We stayed at Pelican's Landing Resort in November and December 2023. This resort is truly a special and remarkable place. It is a small resort right on the Indian River lagoon/river. The sunrises experienced are among the most beautiful I have ever seen. The birds, dolphins and manatees observed daily from our site made it tough to ever leave the resort. Our camp/resort hosts, Bruce and Donna were extremely hospitable and helpful with information regarding the local area attractions and restaurants. The resort, laundry facilities, and clubhouse are very well-kept and comfortable. The Sebastian Riverfront is extremely walkable and pleasant. This is a boutique-style resort without any pretentiousness, a rare find!!! We stayed at Pelican's Landing in a 45 ft. motorcoach.

Spots were spaced out, with each one having their own patio. They even had large sun umbrellas available to use. The park was extremely clean and well taken care of. Bring your fishing pole and boat if you like to fish. It was a short drive to Vero Beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Hosts Donna and Bruce were super kind, personable and accommodating. The resort is kept up extremely well. It is a small resort which makes it very comfortable. The covered pergola with very comfortable chairs and the covered boat dock with comfortable seating were great! We’ll be back.
