Excellent stay! Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. The property is very clean overall, and the rooms are spotless, well-designed, and highly functional. Every room has a private balcony, which is a huge plus. It’s the perfect spot to watch the sunrise in the morning and relax in the evenings. The bed was comfortable, and the room layout made it easy to actually live in the space, not just sleep there. The food and beverage setup is another standout (2 great restaurants, 5 bars). Having multiple dining and bar options right across the street is incredibly convenient – great meals, great drinks, and consistently friendly staff throughout. You can easily walk over for dinner, grab a drink, or stay out for the night

This was our first time staying at Capt. Hiram’s. We usually stay at Disney resorts and so we were a bit nervous about what it would be like. We were extremely pleased. The staff friendly, the resort clean. The lobby was remodeled a few years ago. There are a few grocery items available to purchase as well as free coffee and tea. The resort is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and a short drive to stores. ||Check-in day we waited for our room to be ready for a few hours. Because we waited so long, the manager surprised us by upgrading our room to a suite. The room was huge! |The resort offers two restaurants, and a sand bar, both with water views. The food was delicious. The atmosphere fun. There was live music every day and the drinks were priced very low.| G

What an amazingly fun place. We brought our own fresh snapper for them to cook for us. Fabulous job of preparation and presentation. We were met at the dock by staff that helped us tie up. Sam took really good care of us on the fun side of the bar. We had a delightful local IPA and a perfect Florida experience.

This was a wonderful experience for a “mom and pop style” resort. We stopped here overnight for a cruise and booked a last minute reservation. They were so accommodating with a pack and play and even engaged with my toddler by taking her on a scavenger hunt. The rooms were perfect for a family 4 and so convenient to the restaurant across the street . The sand bar was perfect for a great seafood dinner and cocktails while listening to live music. We are so glad we found this hidden gem!
