This is a very nice place. Room was very clean as well as the bathroom. Decent water pressure, decent lighting. King sized bed, very comfortable and clean sheets. Fridge and microwave for cooking convenience . Room also comes with a tv with basic cable. Well lit at night and plenty of places within walking distance, also on the bus route.

Mold in the bathrooms, leaking toilet, dirty pillows, sheets, and blankets. The air/heating unit not working properly, low water pressure in the shower, sink, and toilet, water coming from underneath the toilet because it's not bolted down, earthworms and sewage coming from underneath the toilet, dog/ cat hair are, does not knock before coming to rooms, has a sign of rules that is not listed on their website etc that are absurd. Sheets gave me an intense itch, I kept getting sick in the room, dust on the furniture, dirty behind the refrigerator, rude people who don't take accountability, dim lights, outdated rooms, not enough outlets in the room and bathroom, druggies and crackheads around smoking crack and meth. They do not clean every Wednesday as stated on the sign at the front desk

I was going to book this room on Priceline, I called and booked it directly through the hotel. The front desk staff is wonderful. Harry was very helpful by allowing an early check-in which was super appreciated. There was a price difference which he adjusted immediately. His customer service in addressing this situation was FANTASTIC. This hotel is in such a convenient location being close to the casino, shopping and restaurants. The hotel may be in its golden years but it is clean and well cared for. Definitely worth money and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
