Holiday Inn

The stay was just okay. The room wasn’t very clean, the toilet ran constantly, and there were no HVAC controls mounted on the wall, which made temperature control frustrating. Maintenance was supposed to fix the toilet, and while they may have attempted to, the issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. The front desk did comp our breakfast, which was appreciated, but given that this is a Holiday Inn, complimentary breakfast is fairly standard at many locations anyway, even though this property has an on-site restaurant. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but there were enough issues that it fell short of what I expected.

My family stayed over for one night Christmas Day. From check-in to check-out, the stay was smooth, the room was clean, and everything worked! From traveling a lot, it is incredible how many hotels get this wrong. This hotel was perfect from every angle. There is only one place to stay when you are in Boardman/Youngstown and this is it!

Positive: The staff was so willing to help in any way possible Tatiana(not sure of spelling) was in charge of our room She was excellent in every way!! She went over and above to find things we needed . Negative: The restaurant food was good service was notWait staff was overstretched so it took a long time to get seated and waited on.

I would give this zero stars for service if I could due to the woman at the front desk who was absolutely rude. Had no customer service whatsoever. no welcome and no thank you,did not tell us anything about the hotel when we arrived. The TV was ridiculously small for a hotel and you could barely see it while laying on the bed. The refrigerator in the hotel room froze our drinks, and there was no dial to turn it down after we discovered everything frozen.The water pressure was very low. The hot tub needs repaired, the tiles were falling apart from and could cut you ,was not enough water in the hot tub because the bubbles were all over the place, which made very uncomfortable sitting there. The ladder to climb out of the pool was loose. It is a very big hazard. Just very disappointed for the

First off,stood at desk to check in 15 minutes. Finally I stood there and called,phone just rang and rang. By this time another customer behind me. Decided to go to bar to talk to bar tender,or ANYONE. She says oh I'm taking care of both I'll be there. Room was not very clean. Mirror had white spots like someone popped zits!. Decals in tub so worn out,when using shower had to hold on ,slippery with body wash. Mold around tub. The dove lotion smelled like powdered tide,dont think refilled with actual dove product. The phone had grease all over it,the TV was 21 inch,maybe 24 at best. Heat kept shutting off,and for gosh sake,give ppl with kids a downstairs room,heard them running till I finally fell asleep.
