Westchester Marriott

Beautiful hotel. Clean room and comfy bed. I was so impressed with the M lounge hors d’oeuvres hours. Who would have known that deviled eggs, shrimp cocktail and little cornchicons would make my freaking night! I love this place.

Positive: Customer Service was top teir! The smell upon arriving was SPECTAULAR! Late check out wasn't problematic-Free parking! Negative: The first morning (housekeeper's) cart seem to have DIRTY & CLEAN towels all mixed up-thevcart was a MESS & TOTAL disarray. She seemed weird. But nice.

This is a great hotel in a very convenient location right off Rt. 287 near the Tappan Zee bridge. The decor is very tasteful and appears to be recently renovated. Best of all is the service - we checked in late on Christmas Eve and were warmly greeted by Alejandra, making us feel 'right at home.' This was an unexpected treat after a very long day! And the wait staff working on Christmas morning were equally great. Kudos!

I came to the Westchester Marriott Hotel at 670 White Plains Rd in Tarrytown, accompanied by my daughter, for 5 nights to recover from hip replacement surgery. It was the best decision I could have made!|The long corridors were the perfect answer to learning to walk with my new hip in the winter! PT came to the room, worked with me in the room, in hallways and on stairs. Everyone on staff were amazing, including the room manager Austin Jones, as well as the Cornerstone Restaurant staff, Guilleremo, Ruddy, and others too many to name! The housekeepers, especially Mauderia, were pleasant and very helpful!|The food at the hotel is delicious! This has been one of the worst hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. The recurring billing problems and lack of accountability from management were not minor inconveniences, they were serious enough to raise concern. The pattern of financial inconsistencies creates the impression that revenue is prioritized over guest care. Future guests should be extremely diligent in reviewing every charge before and after checkout.
