Sleepy Hollow Hotel, Dolce by Wyndham

This was a deeply frustrating stay from start to finish. On my first night, at 3:00 AM, the fire alarm went off and all guests were forced to evacuate the building. The next morning, management refused any compensation and showed no concern for the disruption. Housekeeping was just as bad. I requested service multiple times over two days using the door sign and by texting the front desk, with no response. Late that evening, I finally received a text saying housekeeping had already left and would come first thing the next morning, but they did not. I ultimately had to track down housekeeping myself late in the afternoon to get my room cleaned. That same evening, during dinner at the hotel restaurant, the fire alarm went off three separate times, making it impossible to enjoy the meal. The

We had a nice time at Sleepy hollow! The front desk staff were not very friendly, pleasant or helpful. The pool was clean but it could use some fixing up and it would be nicer and better if the pool was deeper.. the room was nice, the elevator was broken, overall it was pretty nice but definitely needs upgrades.

We went for a family reunion. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were simple. Limited toiletries. Kosher food was abundant and tasty. Convenient location from NYC, Connecticut and Boston.

Beautiful spot to stay north of the city. The hotel is close to all walk trail along the Hudson River. The restaurant inside the restaurant was very good and the staff were great. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing that would make this stay better is having the elevator working and pool open. I definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be close to the city but enjoy some quiet.

Positive: The beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The parking lot was well lit. Negative: 1. Entering the room the smoke alarm was chirping. We had to go to the desk because there was NO PHONE IN THE ROOM to get them to call maintenance. They advertised complimentary breakfast. There was basically nothing but a roll half eaten
