SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tarrytown Westchester County

The hotel if conveniently located for a visit to Sleepy Hollow. The price was fair and not overly expensive. There was plenty of free parking. The hotel staff were not the friendliest I have ever met, very business like. The room was ok. The bathroom needed updating as well as more lighting g by the sink. The only there was around the mirror. To make the area brighter you need to run on light in the bathroom part where the toilet and shower are. If someone was in there the lighting by the sink was insufficient. After spending the entire day out and getting back in the evening we found our room was not cleaned. We had to call to get towels delivered so we could shower in the morning. The free breakfast was sufficient and the staff was constantly trying to keep the food stocked. While we wer

This Marriott sucks! I've been a Marriott customer/owner for many years. Some very good. Some bad. This place is the latter. Marriott was great in the past but its going downhill. Dirty, bugs in room. Carpet in room dirty, cable tv is lacking. Drove all day and all i wanted to do was relax and watch the Golf channel. No good. There's many bs channels but not the Golf Channel. That set me off. Then i started to notice the dirt . Coffee wasn't there at 5am like it was supposed to be. Grrrrr. Will NEVER stay there again and seriously re-think staying at any Marriott in the future

Stayed 2 nights for a girls trip to Sleepy Hollow. The staff was great, room was clean, and the hotel was a great location for our needs. ||My only significant complaint is that the hotel is built into a hill. So we wound up with a room in which the window opened directly into the parking deck. So if you opened the curtains you're staring straight at a car and there is ZERO natural light. There is no point to having the window. The room felt like it was night time all day. If this bothers you then I would recommend requesting a room without that issue at the time you make the reservation. ||Everyone in the room did also have trouble with the room feeling hot. The AC worked fine, but the thermostat would only keep a lower temperature setting for an hour, and then it defaults back to the ini

The rooms are spacious and clean. Shower was a bit slippery. The front desk was cashless and unable to provide change so I could pay the cleaners. Great location. The coffee was cold in the morning and afternoon.

My stay was one night, December 13, 2025. The purpose of the stay was to attend a National Fraternity's local Chapter's Alumni Club Holiday event at an Elk's Lodge on the other side of the river.||The hotel was an easy 20-minute drive from the rental car area at HPN (Westchester County Airport). The parking is tight at the hotel entrance. I'm a handicap placard holder, and there were five spaces allocated for handicap patrons. ||I got to the front desk and was greeted. My estimated arrival time was 3:00 pm. Due to flight delays, I arrived closer to 5:30 pm. My keys were ready, I noticed my card was already charged, I handed my ID, and away I went to the room. ||I was told my room, #104, was on the first floor and to take the elevator down.
