West Street Hotel

Our family of 4 stayed at West Street for 3 nights in July in a connecting rooms set up with a view of the Harbour.|We had a fantastic stay - it is a boutique hotel and the room was top class, very modern and tastefully decorated. The connecting room set up was perfect so we could all be together as a family but also have some quiet time when we needed it. There was a drinks and snack station in the corridor with water, tea, coffee, fruit and some energy bars.||The location of the hotel is brilliant, right in the heart of Bar Harbor near all the shops and restaurants and a short drive from Acadia National Park. We stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful experience. Even prior to check in, they reached out through email, and even better, through text. It was very easy and efficient to check in, inquire about things, and check out. We arrived early, our room wasn’t ready yet, but they were able to hold our things, provide a parking spot, and get us into our room soon after (still early check in). The room was spacious, clean, had a great view and balcony. Housekeeping was excellent! Anything we needed we were able to text and ask, but also needed to print passes for the park and they were able to do that for us. What an amazing hotel and we had a fantastic stay! With a direct line of sight from the entry of the room overlooking the water we loved coming back to the room daily. The balcony provided us the outdoor space needed to take it all in. The walkability to the shops, harbor, and onsite parking was very valuable. The hospitality we received we loved and this was our first time in Bar Harbor and we truly got the full experience. We would definitely recommend the hotel and all it has to offer.

We had a wonderful experience at the West Street Hotel! The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had young kids and they went above and beyond. Thank you Sophie for all your recommendations and being so kind. Also a big thank you to Finn the Lobby dog! What a friendly welcome we received daily. We will 100 percent be back next fall.

We stayed here for three nights and we were so impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hot apple cider greeted us each evening when we got back (it was getting cold outside). There is a pantry on each floor with coffee, tea and water as well as some Kind Bars and fruit. The rooms had a great view of the harbor. Very comfortable. Location downtown so everything was walkable. Great place to stay!
