West Farms Hotel

This place has everything you can imagine with more. It has state of the art fire alarms and co2 systems. This unimaginable beautiful hotel even has a 75 inch flat screen apple tv. The person at the front desk offered me 20 dollars to go get some food down the road. SO NICE! This place even has a swimming pool and 5 star room service. The free breakfast here is also very delightful with lots of flavor and love. I saw Willam Dafoe videoing me in the shower. This place is just an overall amazing stay for anyone. 5 stars amazing!

Easy to get to, however all the rooms are different. Been here more then a hand full of time and room 215?!! Just give them the key back🤦🏾‍♀️ the floor is broken and the room looks like it was set to flames once upon a time🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 like bru. 102 is decent minus the space heater..... As a fire safety officer that is a bad fire hassert. And it don't help. I was still freezing 🥶. I only had one room in the about 5times I visited and it was great. Had heat, the TV WORKED, a table and chairs cuz who wants to be on the bed all the time🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 and when it's a group of friends chilling we all not gone be on one bed. Okay🙌🏾🙌🏾. We need space chairs are good 🙌🏾. But next the bathroom..... Let's be real, if it look like a basement bathroom I don't want it🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 I don't even wanna take my Sox's off😩. This

Worst Experience ever. This hotel does not in any way provide what is advertised. The room conditions are horrible. Actually, horrible is an understatement. We were told we could only pay in cash, which we did thinking we would get what the company advertises on their website. We get to the first room and it was a complete health hazard. The outlets we not covered properly and there was no smoke or CO2 detector. The sheets were stained terribly and the bath tub had not been cleaned. We went to the desk and told the gentleman we just looked at the room and wanted our money back. He claimed he could not refund us because he had already put the transaction through. He offered to "upgrade" our room. We get to the second room and its no better. We get to the second room which was on the ground

Horrible service. First they gave us a dirty room, that was not ready yet. We gave them a chance it can happen, but the second one they gave us was worse and supposedly clean already. The worse thing is that we asked for refund since it was not our fault they room were dirty and they refused. The parking lot and the entrance to the hotel at the outside had a strong urine smell. I don't recommend this place. It's like a nightmare. If you don't want them stealing your money stay away is my suggestion.

Stayed for one night in September and we had a great night sleep! The train is right outside the main door but the noise really didn't bother us. The front desk workers were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Located just a short walk from the Bronx zoo and it was wonderful! The hallways do smell of something but the room was very clean and did not smell at all.
