This hotel never disappoints!|Staff at this hotel are top notch. |Always smiling, always friendly, always asking how the guest slept, always hustling , manager always available to answer guests questions. |All staff are very responsive to possible hazards. |Breakfast staff gets high marks for hustling to fill foods and keep the area clean and clear of obstacles for arriving and leaving guest.|Housekeeping is always on their A+++++ game. Lobby is always spotless as are the hallways and guest rooms.|Guest rooms are the best I've ever stayed in. |Rooms have kitchenettes with full size fridge, a very usable cook top range, and comes complete with all the necessary cookware utensils for a family of four.|Kitchenette also comes with dishwasher tablets and dish soap. Recently stayed at this Hotel in the Bronx (20th Feb 26). Nice hotel and very spacious rooms with kitchen facilities. immediate area felt safe although it appears to be on a small office estate. Although the Hotel was very good the breakfast quality was very poor from a European perspective and not like European Marriott chain standards. The bed making extremely poor with not even the sheets straightened. Some of the staff were pleasent but some were frankly miserable which is quite suprising from my experience. Having said that when assitance was required they were all helpful.

If I could give the Residence Inn Marriott more than five stars, I absolutely would. This is by far the best hotel in the Bronx—and honestly one of the best in the entire city. The property is spotless, warm, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. The hot, fresh breakfast is outstanding every single morning, and the rooms are perfect—clean, spacious, and truly a home-away-from-home experience. My favorite hotel for work. The staff is very friendly and the location is great to access much of NYC. Plentiful free parking makes it easy to come and go. The rooms are huge compared to some offerings that are 10-15 minutes away. Highly recommend especially for work related travel. The kitchens and apartment size fridge make your extended stays easier.
