Ramada by Wyndham Bronx

Jocelyn was at the front desk when we checked in , she was very nice , professional and fast . Jocelyn was very accommodating and made sure to recommend us a suite that worked so well for us celebrating 9 years of marriage. Thank you Jocelyn! Our suite once we arrived was yes in the basement but it was so nice so private and beautiful . The little breakfast cafe right is right on the same floor . It was all very nice very clean . I have absolutely no complaints and Jocelyn’s customer service made it all the best I COMPLETELY RECOMMEND ! Wait and there’s also parking 🅿️ 10 out of 10 !

Chose the Ramada after reading several reviews for different options in this area. ||Upon arriving around 7pm, it was great there was free parking but unless you have a small vehicle or know how to park and drive you are not getting in and or out. The design of this is so odd. We came with a large truck, thankfully my husband knowing how to park but others are careless and leave it difficult.||Jocelyn at the front desk was a gem!!! Always smiling and made you feel welcomed! My four year of son loved her! She gave us a a good feel despite the fact there was a glass shield covering between you and them. Definitely made us feel a little unsafe. ||The room was tiny. Two small double beds. Not much room to move around. Large flat screen tv, mini fridge and desk/closet space. Very basic, but not

Jocelyn was so helpful I really appreciated that she was so attentive and that she took time to make sure my stay was comfortable. Very clean room and warm stay. Wish more other people and hotels have the same appreciation for there guest.

Jocelyn is amazing!!! She so is helpful she got my car into a spot during a horrible snowstorm— they came outside and took the time to help and really showed amazing customer service way more than she needed to by facilitating that kind of accommodation. They are really great and helpful highly recommend booking and ask for Jocelyn!!!

Our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. Jocelyn was kind and made check in smooth and easy. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good. I'd gladly stay again the next time I'm in the area.
