Weslaco Inn by Capital O Near Mercedes

This hotel is great! The price is affordable and the room is comfortable and clean. This is a go-to place for us in the rgv. We have been customers for over a year now and it never disappoints in quality. It was remodeled. The area is relatively quiet as well.

I would have given this place a 4 or even 5 star rating because the room, overall was very nice for the original price he quoted us. Nice large beds, clean linens, nice large t.v. and fridge, tile floors) except each time the price was being discussed it would jumped up anywhere between $10-$20 and even after we informed him we have my friend's service dog once we actually got there he said that we were to leave a credit card on file because of the dog for a $50 deposit (he is a service animal, very very well behaved, so we didnt have any problem leaving a card on file because we knew that the dog wouldnt cause a mess what so ever) oh and also had to pay $10 per night that we had our animal with is in the room. So in the end, ended up costing us double the price we were originally quoted.

It’s a 2 start hotel…. The room smelled horrible. Like they didn’t even consider asking if we wanted a smoke free room. The smoke smell was horrible. There were dead bugs and the place was dirty and rusty

Love this motel!! The owner and staff are awesome, and so accommodating. The rooms are spotless, and everything worked beautifully. It's very quiet and plenty of parking. The grounds are immaculate, and never dirty. The only upgrades I would like to see are the coffee pots, which were severely burned on the bottom of the the burner, and the continental breakfast. They didn't have much to offer, but we managed. The rooms are very affordable. This was our 3rd visit, and will definitely be back. Thank you Weslaco Inn.

This motel is awesome me and the wife stayed a night there. The rooms are clean it smells good in there and comfortable the staff so friendly and helpful We will be staying there again.
