Hampton Inn Weslaco

Stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel has easy access to the freeway and is close to everything. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is spotless, bright, and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed—comfortable beds, great shower pressure, and plenty of towels. Check-out was just as easy. Would definitely stay here again!

In one word: Great. The exterior of the property was well maintained. The two on the front desk were so very welcoming. Out room was very clean and very comfortable. Our breakfast was quite good with a good selection of choices. From now on THIS will be our hotel when in Weslaco.

Evelyn and Aaron were such sweethearts! They recommended some beautiful places to eat at while in town that they normally go to together here in Weslaco! They were on top of everything and had amazing customer service. They are so cute and lovely together! Reminded me of the times when my wife and I used to work together back in the “younger” days. LOL! Awesome environment guys.

I stayed this past weekend here and my experience was horrible. Aaron was so rude to me. I asked about the front desk ladies and he refused to tell me anything. I went to my room on 4th floor and my room was never cleaned I was put in a dirty room. I had ended up leaving then when I got back I cleaned my room myself and went down to front desk to get some more towels, & Sheets and the lady at front desk was very rude. I had got some coffee while I waited for her I told her the coffee was cold and she lied and said she just changed it 2 hours ago. I am not staying here anymore. Get better people too work front desk and get a better manager cause he sucks.
