Encore Country Sunshine

Had a great time at Country Sunshine. Was there only a short time, but thoroughly enjoyed myself and its charm. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the park manager was there and greeted me as well and personally gave her card to reach after hours if needed. Very refreshing to see leadership upfront. I was always at the pool and its shape of an arrow was too cool. Will come back for sure if my travels bring me back to south Texas!

Nice size sights , all utilities work well, a lot of things to do on campus, live music, pool , sports such as pickle ball, shuffle board, horseshoes, pool tables , Super Bowl parties , and more, and also quite area!

The FTresidents and annual residents are amazing! They are all very friendly and helpful! The amenities seem ok, but we did not use any of them. It is in a busy location, so close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.||The front desk staff are unknowledgeable about the RV sites, are unavailable on weekends, have poor communication, and do not care about RVers that come in short-term. ||Wasn’t a bad stay but wasn’t the best Encore park we ever stayed at. Plus they give an enormous paper packet of useless information- seems like a waste.

Amazing staff , everyone was welcoming the minute I stepped into the park. If an issue ever came up everyone was there with a resolution. Residents were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back no doubt about it !

The atmosphere here gives off one of a family. That is how I feel being here with all its residents and its staff. THe lawn is beautifully kept and you can always find someone for help. Grateful to be here.
