Welcome Suites O'Fallon Extended Stay

I loved living here! Ms. Paulette and Ms. Unique go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Ms. Paulette makes sure things are done professionally and Ms. Unique always greeted me with a smile. You can tell they really care about the people who live here. The rooms are spacious and clean.The hallways and elevator are spotless. The building is safe and secure. I hate that I had to leave. The Best Extended Stay hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Me and my wife chose this hotel during our holiday stay for the price and location, and we're glad we did. The rooms and staff were fantastic. I've been in restaurant management for 14 years so I tend to be observant when it comes to leadership outside of my own. The manager at this location was great with staff and guests so I have to tip my hat to her and her leadership skills. Her name was Polett. I also tip my hat to her staff that follows her leadership. Great followers become great leaders. Great job Welcome Suites for making our stay like home.

Unique was absolutely Amazing, is Amazing... Went above and beyond answering all my questions and creating a more comfortable stay. Also the Professionalisum she embodies was such a blessing. Unique has such a beautiful soul and deserves a Raise,the Praise and a Promotion! She's Definitely not a NPC, "non playing character" just doing a job. She has the company best intentions with providing amazing service... Unique deserves Proper Recognition!! This will never be enough for the stuff she does for her guess!!! Excellent particularly for the price. The manager couldn't be any kinder. I really enjoyed my stay there and wish I could have stayed longer, though health conditions wouldn't allow it. Again, the manager and the staff were outstanding. I highly recommend it.

Okay I give them five stars because for the money they were just fine. They kept the hallways really clean. Last snow that day but their parking lot was pretty easy to get in and out compared to the other people's parking lots in the nearby hotels. Miss Paulette the manager she's on top of things. Are dog friendly. I do not think they allow cats. You would have to ask them. Now they do like to charge for every little thing. Especially on the extended stay from my observation. Where did say brown bandit roaches come out from under the tile floor in the bathroom. That was the biggest negative. The shower head from where fastens on to the stem coming out of the wall had a little bit of a leak and I just wrapped a washcloth around it. It wasn't much of a leak but it was squirting on the floor
