Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis O'Fallon, IL

We had gotten a room for Saturday night and I was so impressed with the cleanliness and hospitality of your staff that I needed to say thanks. We were greeted with a welcoming staff. (I remember saying your the best Nicki) as she helped a team member assist with getting us checked in. At the happy hr we were greeted by a bald gentleman with a great attitude! I've always said you can train anyone to do a job but we hire the personality that fits our culture and this gentleman fits the bill. We saw him again checking on all the guests at the pool with a great smile and personality! Then in the morning for breakfast, there was more great service as we were assisted by a nice woman asking us if we would like a tray to carry our plates. Great hotel! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and rooms mostly quiet. Enjoyed the morning breakfast and the staff at breakfast were great! Decent coffee! Did not participate in evening reception. Great location, felt very safe and hotel is close to several dining options. Very consistent with the Drury experience which says a lot! Used rewards for one night so yes, great value for my stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Drury Inn during a trip to see family for Christmas. Drury always does a wonderful job. Sean the manager was very impressive being around during the kickback meal as well as breakfast. Every employee was courteous and helpful. The hot tub hit the spot on a cold day, the food was delicious and the value for our stay was amazing. I wish Drury had locations in more locations as they are always a breath of fresh air compared to other hotel chains.

Breakfast and dinner were phenomenal! The staff were super friendly, especially the man walking around the breakfast room! The pool and hot tub were clean and awesome! Will stay again if we come back to the area! Brought myself, my husband, and our four kids. They were super kid friendly and it was convenient having the hot tub be so close to the half indoor/half outdoor pool. Thanks, Drury in O’Fallon! ✨✨✨
