Waterwood Townhouses

Absolutely horrifying. Can't walk up the stairs to your place at night because there's over 100 spiders and webs lining the stairs. My poor 3 year old daughter stuck her hand in the rail and was covered in little spiders. The inside has roaches, mold, and smells like actual poop. Rooms are not cleaned as stuff was left from the last people staying here. The recreation area owned by another company that you get to utilize is great but not worth it for the condition of the townhouse. I checked out a day early with zero refund because I wasn't going to subject my kids to the filth.

🤢 🤢 Infested with ants, spiders, and roaches. The rooms are hardly cleaned because my kids found a baseball cap in their room. The shower curtains had black mold. Living room furniture was stained and moldy. The dishes were stained. The garbage disposal was literally sparking. The balconys are all dry rotten. The internet was down for the entire resort. Oh and the TVs are finicky.... press the volume button and TV turns off. Once the TV turns on, good luck trying to turn it off. A very mismanaged resort. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! 😡🤬🤬

We planned a family getaway for 75+ and all we needed was the name of the person now handling our villa reservations and to pay our remaining balances. However, a woman named “Mary” at the front desk was very disrespectful and hung up the phone a total of 53 times (between my daughter and myself calling) She put the phone down at one point and yelled “I’m not ever supposed to be here now”. When I apologized for her having such a bad day she stated I did not need to be sarcastic and again hung up on me. This women needs to be removed completely from her position. I have never in all my years dealt with such unprofessionalism. Especially when folks are spending so much money for a vacation home, you would think there were kinder people to deal with and make this transaction seamless. FIRE “

A little off of the beaten path from New Bern. The rooms were spacious but a little dated. The two roaches (water bugs) my friend saw freaked him out. I was able to kill one of them.
