Sandcastle Village II

Our room was very dated, open outlets, big in pantry, old pots & pans, older furniture, yuck showers, BUT the size of the unit and patio were great!

Old units. Noisy HVAC. Something must be wrong with hot water heater. You have 2 minutes to shower before water turns cold. 😩

We stayed in a three bedroom, which was spacious and clean. The view on the back deck was awesome for morning coffee, with a parade of "visitors" each morning that included ducks, geese, birds and squirrels. The evening walk was an extra treat with 12 deer sightings.

Maintenance of buildings is not up to standard. Furniture broken, heating and cooling system not maintained properly. Staff seems uncaring. We had to be moved to another unit because management put us in a unit that was being reroofed, roofers started @ 7am. The unit we stayed in was managed by, VRI (Vacation Rentals Inc,).

We checked in on June 21st in a two bedroom two bath.The unit was very dirty and dated. We cleaned everything before unpacking. The dishwasher was broken. There were only 4 spoons, 5 dinner plates, 4 wine glasses and one was cracked. The refrigerator door had to be pushed hard to close or it would stay open. The furniture was old and dirty. The bed pillows smelled and had stains
