SpringHill Suites by Marriott New Bern

We had to stay longer than expected due to a medical issue. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Devon on the night shift. Hotel was well situated close to shops/restaurants (and hospital). Beds were comfortable and the manager was able to arrange the extended stay rate as we had to be in the hotel longer than expected due to the medical issue. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to New Bern.

Very clean, updated and convenient to everything New Bern has to offer. Breakfast was great as well, freshly cooked bacon, good eggs, 2 types of salsa etc. My girls loved it.

I had a wonderful stay at SpringHill Suites! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed with their polite and professional demeanor. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, which made my stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. I especially want to highlight GioVanne, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Her attentiveness and friendly spirit truly made a difference in my experience. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines great service with cleanliness and care, this is it! Positive: Friendly staff, pet friendly, great breakfast Negative: The mattress was uncomfortable. It is time for it to be changed. The white towels, sheets and pillows where dingy in this particular room. I have stayed her several times on different floors and did not experience uncomfortable sleeping

It was OK, it was clean, well maintained, but overall just kind of forgettable. The folks who worked there were super nice though.
