Clarion Pointe New Bern

The room is great! Rooms are always clean. I would highly recommend it. The water pressure is always great in the shower. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Room is clean, bed is comfortable. The real win here for me was the front desk staff. I arrived at 1am, exhausted, and Sharon was very helpful and kind. The kindness was most welcoming after a long drive and late night. Thank you.

Here is a copy of the review I have left online. If I could give this hotel zero Stars I would. Don't waste your money. The first night I couldn't get any sleep because there were people in the hallway till midnight making a lot of noise. And no I didn't complain because I didn't want to be that person. Breakfast is from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. I went down right before 9:00 a.m. there's no coffee, no coffee cups and one bagel. I went to the front desk and there was nobody there. As I turn to walk away an employee walked up and I explained the situation. She's then looked at two employees standing in the hallway chatting away. The woman kept telling me she was sorry but I had to stand there looking stupid waiting for coffee at a breakfast that was supposed to be included in my day. Not to m

This was my second time staying at Clarion Pointe in New Bern. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The AC was not blowing hard or very cold but the front desk young lady brought us a tall tower fan to help with that. Very accommodating. The breakfast was good although I wish the orange juice dispenser was working properly. Just water was coming out. Location is great and overall we were happy with our stay.

This hotel was amazing for sure!!! My mom and I flew in from New Jersey to North Carolina for a funeral. A family member Alice recommended this hotel Clarion Point. And I’m telling you it did not disappoint!! The hotel was exceptionally clean especially to our standards. The staff was nice, the cleaning staff was amazing. We will forever stay at this hotel every time we come to North Carolina. I recommend this hotel to anyone. I give this hotel a 5 star!! Keep up the good work Clarion Point and keep it clean!!! Thank you to everyone!!!
