Please do not stay here. Management is horrible, they do not address your needs. Wear darks, white ones will turn dark due to the dirt on the floors. Please scrub your bathrooms to sanitize it. Toe and fingernails in the carpet from previous guests. Human and dog hair from a previous guest everywhere. They say you get housekeeping every 7 days but that is not true. Have not has housekeeping for weeks. Please do walk barefoot around your room. You will catch something. Orange film in the shower and bathtub. Buy your own cleaning supplies. The dirt and debris under the beds is disgusting. You have to ask for refreshments everywhere day. GM is disingenuous and careless. Trash can in gym has not been emptied for a month. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was an ironing board in our room, but no iron and the lady at the front desk got us an iron very promptly! The room was clean and it felt like an Air Bnb because we had three separate bedrooms and a full kitchen, dining table, and living room. And a washer and dryer in the room which was so unexpected! The full service coffee machine available 24/7 was also great. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay here again.

The room was great. The only issue I had was checking in. I had already checked in online I just needed to get the keys. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes for someone to show up. I finally called the number on the desk the girl had an attitude. She finally showed up but her customer service sucks. The other young lady was very nice but the first one needs to be retrained. The room was perfect.

The staff are very enthusiastic, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. It's near a densely populated area, within walking distance, and safe. Suitable for a relaxing stay during a business trip or for a family weekend getaway.

Nice place and area, room could have been cleaner - chair and couches had stains on them, would stay again just need better cleaning.
