Staff was excellent to meet our needs but didn't realize there aren't much for amenities even though I did read the website...overall it served our needs. Very noisy party in the parking lot after midnight!

Randy is nice to your face terrible behind your back. I was accused of pot smoking when I don’t smoke I have two kids. I had to beg them to clean and fix things. I been here for almost two months terrible I paid 4,000 a month to be treated like nothing. No one comes to clean and their sinks, and showers don’t drain. You have to sit with a full sink and tub. My first two weeks here I was woke by a party at 2am that didn’t end until 6am. My first night water came in my room after a storm and the dish washer was rigged. This place is a joke. If I could rate it one star I would. This is why I am scared to rent. The way I was judged here speaks volumes.

Your front sneak Manager with the braids is as NASTY as they come the attitude is uncalled for. I was like she was trying to intimidate me. We changed the reservation and she DEMANDED THEY CALL THE DESK Although she saw it changed as we were on the phone with booking.com. She turned the volume off on the front desk phone so she could purposely miss the call. If you have staff like that working at your front desk, you will be get a lot complaints. Nothing nice about being Bch😩

We picked this for hosting multiple family members for Christmas. We had the 3 bedroom apartment. The staff at the front desk was friendly. Apartment was a good size for 5 of us. The kitchen had a a basic set of cookware and set of dishes. The location was convenient to our child’s house and the things we wanted to do in Maple Grove. Workout room is in another building but adequate. There were no wipes to wipe down the equipment though. My main reason for 3 stars was an incident on our first night. Around 11 pm there was a couple loudly arguing in the parking lot. After 15-20 minutes the cops arrived and arrested at least one person. It was quiet the other 2 nights.

Stellar place. Randy , Lindsey Lynn and all the front desk staff were very friendly and the hotel is super clean. The coffee bar is a nice touch
