Holiday Inn Express Minneapolis West - Plymouth by IHG

My mother and I stayed here 2 years ago for her birthday weekend. I had forgot to do a review then, sorry. However, since we came to stay again that should speak volumes. Comfy beds, clean room and bathroom, great breakfast with huge seating area. The customer service was welcoming, friendly and accommodating. This hotel will be a place for me and my family to come, relax and enjoy ourselves. There is a pool area too and the pool is lukewarm not cold. Thank you staff for the pleasant experience and enjoyable stay. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

We had a pleasant overnight stay, we were in town for a concert at the Medina Ballroom. Our room was clean, the bed weas firm and comfy and it was quiet. We did notice one thing in our room and this is just an observation. One tile near the door would make a popping noise occasionally when one of us would step on it. Otherwise everything was great. The free breakfast was the same as most in hotels of this type. All items seemed to be prepared nicely, which isn't always the case. The staff we interacted with were all very pleasant to deal with and as IHG members we appreciate the welcome gift bag of waters and cookies. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, good rates, clean property. Rooms are nice and clean every time we stay. Staff are friendly and the continental breakfast average. Heated swimming pool is nice.

The property was very clean. The manager was very polite, respectful, and professional. The building and rooms were very fresh and clean. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The food was fresh and included a nice variety of foods. The breakfast area and dining area were clean and well kept. It was conveniently located by a highway and freeway. The price was reasonable. The only issue would be the additional $50 incidentals fee which could possibly cause an issue for someone on a tight budget since the charge is assessed right away and then refunded.

Stayed here for two nights as we were in the area for a family reunion. Location was a plus for us as we didn't have to travel far for our reunion. We have stayed in many Holiday Inn Expresses across the country but this was the smallest room we have stayed in at this chain by far. Not sure what was up but we got used to it. Breakfast was good, staff were pleasant so no problems there. Overall, the stay was good.
