Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West by IHG

Great experience!! The heaters worked well, as did the hot water. The rooms are indeed very quiet, as advertised. The parking ramp is admittedly pretty banged up & confusing, but the hotel itself is clean, quiet, and well taken-care of. Staff were always very courteous and helpful, wish I could remember names for shout-outs!! The restaurant and bar are great, definitely pay ahead for breakfast.

Come here every year. Love this place. Good food for breakfast with Christy taking care of us. ||Had dinner in bar and Jade took care of us. Good food and great service! ||Coming here for last 10 years and will be here next year ! ||Rooms are great. Love the health club and hot tub.

Positive: There’s adequate free parking, the staff is friendly, and it’s near the airport. The bed is comfortable and the room is equipped with a coffee pot, microwave and refrigerator. Negative: The bagel I tried @ breakfast wasn’t very fresh

I love the location. I loved the atmosphere. The rooms were clean and spacious. I was here for snowda this 2026 season. Kinda rude how somebody was playing music in the halls for it to be a quiet space back there. Kind of the reasoning why the rooms were bought in the back area in first place but I understandstood it was a festival and people was just having fun

This was a mother-daughter stay and we had a great time. Everyone was very friendly from the moment we checked in, especially Jade in the bar/restaurant. She was incredibly friendly, accommodating and fun! She gave us great insight to places we would enjoy around the area. We will definitely stay again and hope to see Jade while we are there.
