Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Minneapolis West, MN

The rooms were nice and a great size. The location was great for the activities we had planned. Unfortunately, the outlet did not work in our bathroom, there was a room that was filled with occupants that smoked-management did address our concern and the people were gone within 2 days. We realize the hotel is being remodeled, it just was not very clean in the hallways, etc.

Pick a different hotel. Not clean, sheets had stains on them, bathroom wasn’t clean, tv didn’t work. Our room door did not shut/lock unless you slammed the door and wiggled it just right. Breakfast is just microwaveable sandwiches, muffins, apple and bananas. They had 2 pools with hot tubs; very dirty area. Hair and bugs everywhere.

Stay elsewhere! Park, sleep, fly is absolute disorganized chaos! Starting with check-in, they couldn’t find our reservation because the manager apparently didn’t check his email. The desk clerk was working super hard but appeared brand new and super flustered. Then the shuttle was not running due to needing repairs for our early flight the next morning. We were instructed to get an uber and they would reimburse us in a few days, I got that in writing and did get reimbursed. Hotel has seen better days and renovations appear to have started, but no evidence of ongoing work. Room was adequately cleaned. First floor appears to be a daycare or pediatric therapy business run out of some of the hotel rooms? Scheduled our return shuttle pick up with flight info for 11:45am on the day of o

Stay far away. This hotel should be condemned. Room numbers written in marker on the wall. Carpet held together by painter's tape. Holes in the ceiling. Stains on the floor. Lobby microwave rusted inside. The staff was courteous and refunded our stay without question.

The people were great at check in. The room had hair in the shower and bathroom floor. Just makes everything feel not clean. Also, the breakfast was all packaged goods some frozen to be micro waived. I get that remodel is going on, however, the overall impression for me would have been better to say no breakfast during the process than to put out what was there which I skipped.
