Waterfront Inn PHL Airport

This was the best experience I’ve had, and the best sleep I’ve gotten before a flight. The room was cozy, clean and quiet. When I say quiet, I mean the only thing I heard last night was the lull of the heating system. The view of the river even in winter is beautiful. The staff was helpful, professional, and kind. The absolute best customer service! They set up my shuttle to and from the airport before I even had the chance to ask. Long term parking is a great price. The room itself was a great value! I would recommend booking through the hotel as they have a stay and park package. I will definitely be back!

Due to a missed flight we were put up at this hotel. On arrival we were a bit sceptical but nothing at all to be worried about. Prince checked us in and that guy deserves a pay rise, it was late at night and he was so friendly and welcoming and also gave us a late checkout. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, if im ever back in Philadelphia, I’d stay here again!

American Airlines should be ashamed to place people here with cancelled flights. Tried to access their free airport shuttle for 45 minutes along with a few other folks with no success - Thats because they dont actually have their own shuttle, it belongs to the next door Holiday Inn, and doesnt have the Waterfront Hotel's name on the side. No one told us to look out for a shuttle with another hotels name on it, and I called to ask if the shuttle was still coming 3 separate times! After finally giving up and ubering I arrived at a motel (not a hotel) in an unsafe feeling part of town - The reception office was run down/unclean, and there is no elevator to get to the rooms. The rooms are newly renovated, but the building has overall structural issues with leaks/pooling water. The shower was

This place reminded me of The Bates Motel from the movie Psycho. It's off to the off Holiday Inn Express. You could easily miss it. The building had a shabby old run-down feel. I walked in the office and was not greeted friendly or politely. As soon as I walked into my room it had a stale smoke smell. The room looked about 70 years old. Things painted over. Outdated and ugly furniture. The coach was stained and dirty. The lighting was very dim especially in the bathroom. One of the lamps did not work. The tub was terrible and needed a re-glaze job due to all the chipping. And there was dirt ring around it that I surely didn't create. One of my towels was dirty. The way it was folded I couldn't tell until I got ready to use it. The best thing in the room was the 60-inch mounted tv. The

We used this through park n fly . The rooms were small but clean and updated. The manager was very kind and accommodating. Parking lot was well lighted. Shuttle service was great! Would use this hotel again.
