Quality Hotel Philadelphia International Airport

Quality Hotel is seriously a great place to stay. I’m currently living here for a bit and it’s been a really solid experience. The rooms are clean, no bugs, no weird smells — just comfortable, simple, clean living. One thing I really appreciate is how thick the doors are. You don’t hear people in the hallways, which makes a big difference when you’re trying to relax. They also offer breakfast in the morning, which is awesome. On top of that, they’ve got a gym and a shuttle service. That’s a lot of value all in one place. Overall, it’s been a comfortable, quiet, and reliable stay. Definitely recommend it if you’re in the area.

We arrived early in the am. The younger gentleman gave us the wrong room 2 times. He kind of made it seem like I was lying not only about my reservation but also what was in the rooms that he sent me to as they were not what I was supposed to receive per my reservation. He initially said you didn't have rooms with sofa beds, then implied I was incorrect although I showed him several times. There was an older gentleman named Jimmy that was great and helpful. We finally got into a room an hour and a half later. There were some issues with the room but tolerable. The worst incident occured when we were packing up to leave. The front-desk staff were polite and helpful, but the stay went downhill from there.||The shuttle driver was shockingly rude, yelling that I needed to go to Terminal E because he wouldn’t come to Terminal B. I’m not from Philadelphia and have no idea about the terminal layout — I simply expected the hotel shuttle service that was advertised. That $25 ride set the tone for the stay. He would not allow me to speak, only yelled that I had to go to Terminal E. ||The room phone didn’t work, the toilet failed twice, and the door handle didn’t latch properly, meaning I had to use my key card just to close the door.||It is supposed to be an “airport hotel,” but it’s not actually set up for early flights: breakfast starts at 7 a.m. and there’s no coffee or tea available earlier.||Altogether, the o

I booked this hotel due to the reviews on parksleepfly. I am guessing those are fake reviews. This hotel is awful. They do not plow their parking lot after snowstorms which made dragging your luggage in quite tricky. The whole place smells like marijuana including the rooms. It doesn’t feel safe. There are always people with their faces covered wandering the lobby and parking lots. We saw strung out people just standing in the lobby. The rooms were ok. They give you one towel no matter how many people are staying in the room. I’d only stay here again if my other option was sleeping in my car. Find a better place to

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel thanks to one of the employees who assisted me. Nakia was extremely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made the experience much more enjoyable. Excellent customer service like this truly makes a difference, and I really appreciate the care and attention she showed.
