DO NOT STAY HERE! If you don’t mind waking up to multiple spiders crawling on you at night then it’s worth the cheap price. Honestly the communication was great until the very end to where we discussed a refund so we booked a stay elsewhere for the next night. THEN we got a call saying they would only be able to give us back 1/4 of the whole stay because they wanted to open up the room so that someone could stay the next night. I’m just hoping that none else makes the mistake of booking a stay here no matter what the price.

Upon entering the room, we immediately saw that it had not been cleaned after the previous guests. I took photos right away. Didn’t get a refund. August.

3.5 Honest Review: Room 4 TL;DR Great location, pet friendly, needs some upgrades. The kitchen is a huge plus. The Good: I love the Washoe location. Next to excellent food that you can walk to. Pet friendly! Close to all the trails and lake side trails. Very fun cabin feel when you enter. Nice and clean when you enter. The pictures on their website are spot on for what to expect. Shower was good but it took a little time to warm up. Internet was good once it started to work. It took 3-5. minutes each time to really get up. The kitchen was good and stocked with the majority of what you need including a mini frig with freezer. We did have to buy paper towels. Clean linens throughout. The Bad: The bed was in big need of an upgrade. Sinks in the middle and A TON of foam topper. One on top of

They treat there guests good and go to the extra mile to make sure things are good and that you’re enjoy enjoying your stay.

It was good value for money. A bit dirty, but also understandable in the middle of the forest, it's good for a weekend, maybe for a longer stay it's a bit uncomfortable. Te location is excellent!
