Very charming house with a tasteful renovation split into multiple units. You can somewhat hear the other units, but it wasn’t too bad for our stay. Wish instructions were more clear on parking so we did not have to get accosted by the neighbor across the street. She was a real peach and thinks public parking is her personal property. Guests should be warned to avoid her at all costs, she is irrational. Otherwise, nice stay.

I booked this last minute for my husband and me. We drove all the way from Canada, only to arrive and realize we had ZERO instructions on how to access the property. No access code, no check-in details — absolutely nothing. It’s 2 a.m., we’ve worked all day, and just finished a 3-hour drive for this?||We spent over an hour frantically calling around, trying to find an open hotel or motel. The only place we found cost an extra $500 USD ($700 CAD) — all because of this pathetic excuse for a listing.||I tried reaching the property multiple times, and only finally got a response at 5 p.m. THE NEXT DAY.||When I finally spoke to someone, she had the audacity to say it wasn’t her problem because I booked through Booking.com. I asked why no codes or instructions were sent, and she claimed an email

I don't understand the bad reviews—this place is really nice, everything was perfect. You receive an email with all the necessary information to get in, and once inside, you discover a beautiful apartment just a five-minute walk from the lake. Everything was super clean and very comfortable. I honestly couldn't find anything to criticize—maybe just that I could hear my neighbor a little.
