Sleep Outfitters of Sandusky

We visited Sleep Outfitters today to purchase a new bed. Tameeka set us up with the computer diagnostics and showed us several beds to meet my sleep profile. She was absolutely amazing! No high pressure tactics and even handled a computer outage with professionalism. I highly recommend visit this store and working with Tameeka.

Tameka Smith was unbelievable and amazing! Her customer service was second to none. Drove 45 minutes in the snow to find every mattress store closed besides Sleep Outfitters. The technology they used to find what kind of bed I needed was very helpful and I couldn't be more thankful. We need more Tameekas in customer service!!!!! Period!

Mandy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with our in store shopping. Buying a mattress can feel awkward, but I swear she rolled with all our whims and questions. She alleviated any embarrassment my wife and I may have felt with our three little bears "too hard", "too soft", and "just right" trials. A pleasant experience all around.

Diane was absolutely wonderful to work with. She listened to all of our wants & respected our budgeting preferences. We just came in to browse, and ended up finding the perfect mattress & more within 30 minutes! This was such an easy & painless shopping experience and I would highly recommend.
